Colne Valley Preservations Ltd is a family business based in Nelson Lancashire. We have successfully been established since 1981 with over 40 years experience in Remedial Treatments of Damp Control, Timber Preservation, Wood Infestation, Basement Waterproofing, Wall Tie Replacement, Condensation and Mould Control we also do Electro Osmosis Damp Proof Courses and Re-Plastering in line with trade body specifications.

We are recognised Specialist Remedial Treatment contractors. We work on old traditional buildings (including listed buildings and properties in conservation areas) as well as new builds.

Colne Valley Preservations Ltd can also provide our customers with full term insured guarantees, that cover both workmanship and materials.

We work alongside fully qualified independent surveyors holding the nationally recognised CSRT (Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatment qualification).

We conform to the following British Standards;

• BS6576 which states specifications for the process of Damp proofing
• BS5268 which states preservative treatments for constructional timber
• BS8102 which are guide lines for Structural and Basement water proofing and Cellar tanking, providing Insured Guarantees for all works carried out.
